Richard J. Angelo is an associate with the firm. Mr. Angelo received a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark where he served as Notes Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
Prior to joining Zager Fuchs, P.C., Mr. Angelo served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Monmouth County. During his clerkship, Mr. Angelo handled a variety of litigation matters including land use, actions in lieu of prerogative writs, public bidding law and emergent applications seeking temporary and preliminary restraints.
During law school, Mr. Angelo participated in the Rutgers Community Law Clinic where he advised non-profit corporations and charities and advocated as a court-appointed attorney on behalf of alleged incapacitated persons in contested guardianship actions.
