Lawrence M. Fuchs retired with over 35 years of experience in estate planning and administration and business development such as the formation of new ventures using corporations, limited liability companies or partnerships; operation of business; purchase and sale of businesses and liquidation thereof.
Mr. Fuchs served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is now serving as a Director of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. He is also involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors with use of charitable gifting for income, estate and gift tax purposes.
A graduate of the Baruch School – CCNY in 1958, he received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 1970. Mr. Fuchs has been active in Charitable Giving Programs, assisting clients with charitable inclinations to save substantial income and estate taxes, while helping local, state and national charitable organizations.
As one of the founding partners of Zager Fuchs, Mr. Fuchs helped establish for the firm a culture and reputation of service and excellence.
