Richard J. Angelo is a partner with the firm. Rich received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark where he served as Notes Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Monmouth County (Retired). During his clerkship, Rich handled a variety of litigation matters including land use, actions in lieu of prerogative writs, public bidding law and emergent applications seeking temporary and preliminary restraints.
Rich focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship and business matters. He is a member of NAELA (the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys), the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
