While attending law school, Mr. Maharaj recorded over 50 hours of pro bono work and was named to the Dean’s List in the Spring of 2016. Throughout law school, he worked in different legal environments and completed internships with both the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of New Jersey and Integra LifeSciences Corporation.Rudolph R. Maharaj is an associate at Zager Fuchs, PC and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2014. Thereafter, he attended Rutgers Law School, where he engaged in trial work as a member of the Domestic Violence Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maharaj served as the judicial law clerk during the 2017-2018 term for the Honorable Angela White Dalton, J.S.C., in the Family Part, at the Monmouth County Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. He was often called upon to serve as a mediator and as a result he has plenty of experience with dispute resolution.
