Lynn E. Staufenberg

Lynn E. Staufenberg is a life-long resident of Middletown, New Jersey. She has been practicing law for almost twenty-four (24) years.

She is a graduate of Berry College magna cum laude and Temple University School of Law cum laude. Ms. Staufenberg concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Estate Litigation, Guardianships, Social Security Disability.

Lynn is a member of the Monmouth County and New Jersey State Bar Association. She also serves as the Treasurer for the Monmouth Bar Association. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee. She also served as the President of the Legal Aid Society from 2014-2016. She is a qualified Family Law Mediator and serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County.

Ms. Staufenberg is a frequent lecturer at assisted living facilities and nursing homes, as well as the Monmouth Bar Association. She is a Certified Guardian. She truly enjoys assisting her clients as they make important decisions for their lives.

When she is not working, Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also likes traveling, reading and shopping.

In 2020 Lynn won the Bernard H. Hoffman Award for family attorneys.
