Albert A. Zager, Esq., has been providing expert legal services since 1974. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, leasing, land use and zoning, business matters, as well as estate planning and administration. With decades of experience, he has proudly served clients across New Jersey, with a special emphasis on Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties.

BIO

Albert A. Zager, Of Counsel, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 1973. That same year, he was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, followed by admission to the U.S. Court of Military Appeals in 1977.

From 1974 to 1977, Mr. Zager served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy (Reserve) within the Judge Advocate General Corps. He became part of Zager, Fuchs, Ambrose & Krantz, P.C. in January 2005 and maintains active membership in the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.

In addition to his legal career, Mr. Zager served on the Board of Directors of Foodarama Supermarkets, Inc., a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange, from 1995 until its privatization in 2006. He is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Holocaust, Human Rights, and Genocide Education at Brookdale Community College, a founding Director of the EMACC Educational Foundation, Inc., and currently holds the position of President of Congregation B’nai Israel in Rumson, NJ.
